Make sure that the electricity is connected to the desalination device.
Make sure that the feed valve is open (the water source) is at the beginning of the tube that feeds the water desalination device, and it is opened by bringing it towards the tube.
Make sure that the tank valve is open. You can find it above the small tank next to the desalination device and open it by bringing it toward the tube.
